Tasks
- Prospect and identify potential clients via LinkedIn email and other channels.
- Reach out to leads and engage them in conversations to qualify interest.
- Schedule appointments for the High-Ticket Sales Closers with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and scheduled appointments in the CRM (Attio).
- Follow up with leads to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Continuously improve scripts messaging and outreach techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting lead generation or sales development.
- Strong communication persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented self-motivated and results-driven.
- Competence with CRM tools (e.g. Attio Salesforce HubSpot) and outreach platforms.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours / week and respond promptly to leads.
