Remote - 10% travel required to Client location to attend meetings.

Initiative: Clean Mobility Program and general team admin

Project: Support local governments transit agencies and community-based organizations in the launch of new zero-emission shared transportation options via the Clean Mobility Program and provide project management and administrative support to the Clean Transportation programs many initiatives.

Shared clean 0 emission mobility Govt and private agency

2 rounds oversee process provide admin support 10% travel.
Managing projects specially tracking managing scope budget schedules using systems.
O emission mobility electrification and incentive program can be representative for attend meetings direct interacts local Municipal govt and community
2 - 4 times onsite in a year kick off meetings and municipal office meeting.
How many projects Cost cutting from previous project. 10project at a time; Transportation/ EV not required climate change energy & Clean Transportation exp they are looking for.
Managing support contactors specialized mobility consultants POC for all the escalations invoicing deliverable reviews consultants & stakeholder coordination project status report to leadership team address issue Incentive program energy storage resource team SME reporting project tracking.
Fudging mechanism delay invoice and understand vendors concerns salesforce NEIS use for contact Management MS Suite Advance excel
Representative support contractor review and timely progress. Limited interaction with Stakeholders (Grants coordinator only in kick off. Excel tracker is there for reporting ASANA is also required salesforce is prefer.

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support local governments transit agencies and community-based organizations in launching zero-emission shared transportation projects under Clean Mobility Program. This role also provides project management and administrative support across multiple Clean Transportation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track multiple consultant and partner contracts.
Coordinate with local governments transit agencies and community groups.
Oversee project timelines deliverables and budgets.
Develop reports presentations and status updates.
Support solicitations and overall program operations.

Skills & Experience:

Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in contract management preferred.
Knowledge of clean or shared transportation initiatives a plus.

Technical Tools:
Salesforce NEIS (PeopleSoft) Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelors degree required.
