Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer (SaaS/PaaS)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid - Local candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Hands-on experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.

• Strong development experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps Power Pages Connectors and Power Automate.
• Proven ability to design and develop Power Pages Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Dataverse SharePoint or other database systems as backend data sources.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse tables connectors and external integrations.
• Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows Desktop Flows Business Process Flows and Process Advisor.
• Knowledge of extending Power Platform and Power Pages using JavaScript and custom plug-ins.
• Familiarity with Power BI Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and Admin Center best practices.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies sprint planning and collaborative team environments.
• Strong communication analytical and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
• Capable of mentoring and training other developers on Power Platform technologies.
• Experience implementing Agile best practices for State of Texas agencies is a plus.
• Prior experience in healthcare or public health domains preferred.
• Familiarity with Power Platform mobile apps Power Virtual Agents and Power Apps Portals.

• Design develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps Power Pages Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Integrate Power Platform applications with external data sources and APIs using custom connectors.
• Extend functionality through JavaScript and custom plug-ins to meet complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users analysts and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning review and retrospectives.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure adherence to Power Platform best practices governance and CoE guidelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of application performance reliability and scalability.
