The Project Manager will be responsible for leading overall project execution from planning to commissioning ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project scope schedule and budget while managing overall resources.

Coordinate between planning engineering procurement and site teams.

Collaborate with Civil Architect MEP and other disciplines to integrate the overall project.
-
Liaise with clients consultants and regulatory authorities.
-
Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines.
-
Act as the primary point of contact providing regular progress updates and reports to higher management.
-
Work closely with the finance team to track daily expenditures real-time costs and savings.
-
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
-
Manage project risks quality and safety standards.
-
Provide leadership and resolve technical and contractual issues.
-
Ensure all project execution complies with industry standards building codes and regulations.
Future Use: Can manage construction industrial or infrastructure projects.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum 810 years of experience in project management preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations safety and building codes.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
Strong decision-making risk management and leadership skills.
