The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation testing and commissioning of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems on-site. The role requires strong technical knowledge leadership skills and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications safety standards and approved designs.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site installation testing and commissioning of MEP systems (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing).

Ensure compliance with project specifications Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and international standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
-
Lead and manage MEP technicians subcontractors and vendors.
-
Coordinate effectively with engineers architects and project managers to ensure seamless execution.

Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
-
Enforce strict safety protocols as per OSHA/Saudi OHS standards.
-
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
-
Ensure proper BIM coordination for clash-free installations.
-
Maintain documentation including daily progress reports inspection logs and snag lists.
Future Use: Suitable for MEP supervision roles across commercial residential and industrial construction projects.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or MEP Engineering.
47 years of experience in MEP site supervision testing and commissioning.
Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and plumbing systems.
Knowledge of Saudi Building Codes (SBC) NFPA and international standards.
Familiarity with BIM coordination and MEP software tools.
Strong leadership coordination and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of QA/QC safety and inspection procedures.
