Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide basic and advanced life support (BLS/ALS)as required.
- Assess patient condition record vital signs and administer first aid or emergency medical treatment.
- Safely transport patients to the appropriate healthcare facility while ensuring continuous monitoring.
- Assist doctors and nurses in emergency procedures during transit and upon arrival.
- Maintain ambulance equipment medicines and supplies in ready-to-use condition.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient details treatment provided and ambulance reports.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
- Coordinate effectively with hospital emergency departments and other medical staff.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma / Certificate in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from a recognized institute.
- Experience: 23 years of experience as an EMT in a hospital or ambulance service.
- Proficiency in emergency response first aid and patient stabilization techniques.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment operation and maintenance.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency calls at any time
