Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
Measure cut bend and fabricate metal components with precision.
Operate fabrication machinery such as rollers drill presses flame cutters and shears.
Weld components using SMAW/MMA/MIG/TIG techniques.
Perform finishing tasks including grinding polishing and quality checks.
Contribute to custom manufacturing projects such as chainbeds walkways and cotton picker modifications.
Maintain safe work practices and complete job documentation.
Requirements
Trade-qualified Metal Fabricator/Boilermaker (or equivalent).
Strong welding skills across various methods (MIG TIG etc.).
Solid knowledge of engineering design and fabrication procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints with accuracy.
Computer literacy to operate CNC machines (advantageous).
Safety-conscious detail-oriented and physically capable of handling large components.
Previous experience in agricultural or heavy machinery fabrication highly regarded.
