We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry and Records Clerk to join our remote this role you will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data in our systems. This is an easy low-stress position suitable for individuals who are organized dependable and comfortable working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into spreadsheets databases or company software
Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain and organize electronic records and files
Retrieve documents or information as requested by team members
Ensure all data is handled confidentially and securely
Follow standard operating procedures for data entry tasks
Assist with basic administrative tasks when needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing email file management)
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or similar tools
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Legal Studies or related field preferred. 2 years of experience in insurance investigations law enforcement or related field. High level of integrity professionalism and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software databases and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
