About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to design build and optimize Anaplan solutions focused on incentive compensation management performance reporting analytics planning and budgeting. This position is a W2 contract with strong potential for full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
Design and develop Anaplan models dashboards and integrations
Enhance and maintain existing Anaplan applications ensuring performance and usability
Create new models with holistic and optimal architecture
Test and debug applications to resolve issues and optimize functionality
Provide user support and troubleshoot Anaplan-related issues
Stay current on Anaplan features and identify opportunities for process automation
Collaborate with Finance IT and Data teams to align systems and integrations
Document system configurations development processes and technical specifications

Required Qualifications

5 years working with Anaplan (3 full implementations preferred)
Strong model-building experience (compensation finance revenue or forecasting models)
Experience with performance management budgeting and planning processes
Ability to build integrated end-to-end solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise in fast-paced environments
Skilled in documenting complex processes and models
Anaplan certification is a plus
