Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Component Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Tulsa OK. The Component Assembler will be responsible for trimming assembling and inspecting parts using a variety of hand and machine tools in a climate-controlled facility. This position is ideal for candidates who take pride in producing high-quality components and thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble component parts using a variety of hand and machine tools.

Pin and align parts to ensure proper fit and placement.

Perform final trimming and quality checks as needed.

Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.

Complete required documentation accurately and on time.

Follow all safety guidelines and perform all duties as a Safety Sensitive position.

Assist co-workers and supervisors as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Ability to work as part of a team to meet daily goals.

Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills.

Familiarity with hand tools and bench equipment.

Good judgment communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow directions and maintain attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing and repetitive hand/arm movements.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs from floor to waist level.

Regular reaching bending and handling small components.

Must be able to see and inspect parts closely for accuracy.

Work Environment

Climate-controlled manufacturing facility with moderate to high noise levels.

Occasional exposure to fumes chemicals and gases.
