Job Summary
Base Pay: $55000$60000 per year (depending on experience)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This position supports MICROJIG a company known for innovation in the woodworking tools industry. The role is based at their Winter Park headquarters and touches multiple departmentsmarketing sales customer service and administration. Youll be the go-to for keeping things organized and running smoothly from managing the CEOs schedule to assisting with marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
In-House Coordination
- Manage cross-functional workflows and assist leadership with scheduling travel and internal projects
- Maintain shared files calendars and process documents
- Coordinate social media and influencer outreach
- Assist with content creation events campaigns and performance tracking
- Update store locator support lead research and CRM data maintenance
- Respond to service inquiries
- Support initiatives that build brand connection and community
