Job Summary
- Provide flexible field-based support to both Technical Services and Business Development teams across multiple U.S. regions.
- Deliver engaging presentations training sessions and Lunch & Learn programs to engineering audiences.
- Identify track and influence project specifications to drive market growth and adoption of domestic cast iron plumbing systems.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with engineers and other key stakeholders.
- Represent McWane Plumbing Group at industry associations such as ASPE and participate in relevant trade events.
- Serve as a technical expert on soil pipe couplings and gaskets offering field support and product education.
- Educate industry professionals on proper installation practices and the advantages of cast iron in fire-rated and underground applications.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team on tradeshows promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Collect and communicate field insights to support product development marketing strategies and training programs.
- Provide leadership coverage and support as directed by the Senior Director of Technical Services & Strategic Marketing.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Communications Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a proven capacity to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
- Working knowledge of plumbing systems specifications and installation practices is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments regions and functional teams.
