WMS Controller

Αναζητούμε έναν Συντονιστή Λειτουργιών Αποθήκης & Back Office (WMS Controller) ο οποίος θα είναι αρμόδιος για τον συντονισμό της καθημερινής λειτουργίας της αποθήκης τη διαχείριση των ροών παραγγελιών μέσω WMS την εποπτεία της ομάδας pickers και την υποστήριξη back office λειτουργιών εξασφαλίζοντας ότι οι διαδικασίες εκτελούνται σωστά έγκαιρα και σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες ασφαλείας.

Αρμοδιότητες:

• Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση των παραγγελιών σε πραγματικό χρόνο μέσω του WMS

• Οργάνωση των pickers ανά ζώνη ανάθεση παραγγελιών και προσαρμογή πλάνου με βάση τον όγκο εργασίας

• Ανίχνευση καθυστερήσεων ή προβλημάτων και άμεση παρέμβαση για την επίλυσή τους

• Διασφάλιση σωστής εκτέλεσης των παραγγελιών ποιοτικού ελέγχου και τήρησης κανόνων ασφαλείας

• Υποστήριξη back office εργασιών όπως: έκδοση παραστατικών αρχειοθέτηση λογιστικές κινήσεις μεταξύ αποθηκών και ενημέρωση συστημάτων / ERP

• Συνεργασία με άλλες ομάδες της αποθήκης για θέματα ανατροφοδοσίας barcodes ετικετών και logistics

Qualifications :

• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ρόλο αποθήκης ιδανικά με χρήση WMS

• Γνώση διαδικασιών picking / packing / distribution και back office λειτουργιών

• Ικανότητα συντονισμού ομάδας και λήψης αποφάσεων σε real-time περιβάλλον

• Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και υπευθυνότητα
