What youll do
As a junior consultant at Implement youll support diverse CXO advisory projects that shape the future of finance sustainability risk management and data governance alongside our experienced management consultants.
Your responsibilities will depend on your profile interests and the projects you are involved in and as you grow so will your the beginning you can expect to be involved in:
- Creating visually compelling materials for workshops and presentations.
- Preparing facilitating and documenting workshops.
- Solving complex problems through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Working on projects across finance sustainability risk governance and compliance and data enablement. Your work may include optimising finance processes enhancing sustainability performance implementing risk management and empowering organisations to leverage data effectively.
- Taking responsibility early on shaping your own learning journey and career path in a dynamic environment.
In addition you will have the opportunity to take on internal responsibilities such as sales recruitment and culture-building activities. You will work from our offices in Hellerup or downtown Copenhagen from home and at client sites.
You can expect a workload of 20 hours/week. Some weeks there might be more hours and some weeks there might be less depending on the project and your availability. Its important to us that you continue to focus and thrive in your studies. Hence we will adhere to and respect your schedule and exam periods to the best of our abilities.

- Study a relevant bachelors or masters degree with a focus on data finance strategy economics engineering or risk management.

- Are self-driven able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities and tasks.
