- Scout the energy needs of current and potential clients to provide technical and commercial advice.
- Execute relationship marketing activities in collaboration with communications for the development of long-term innovative business relationships and opportunities.
- Understand the legal regulatory and structuring concepts that affect the development of the energy market and the client mitigating possible negative effects.
- Manage the entire approval process according to internal structuring.
- Work closely with the risk department to ensure compliance and internal control.
- Conduct specific market analyses consumption projections for new client projects etc.
- Support the continuous improvement of the commercial strategy based on market trends. Act as an intermediary within the company to contribute to fulfilling commitments with clients
Qualifications :
- Credentials:
- Business Administration
- Commercial Engineer
- Industrial Civil Engineer
- Electrical Civil Engineer or related field
- 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Specific Technical Knowledge:
- Regulation in generation transmission customers and the electric market
- Scouting and negotiation in bilateral contracts end customers and regulated tenders
- Understanding of risk metrics PPA evaluations and electric energy rates
- Drafting and management of energy power and other product contracts such as IRECs for different types of clients
- Relevant Work Experience:
- Knowledge in the electrical legal framework negotiation and administration of electricity supply contracts
- Understanding interpretation and discussion of project evaluations and PPAs (risks revenues sensitivities etc.)
- Technical regulations of the energy market
- Management and negotiation techniques
- Client portfolio management
