What Youll Be Doing
Lets cut to the chase: As Assistant Manager youll be in charge of your shift. That means everything making great pizzas cost controls inventory cash and customer happinessis your responsibility. Youre the one setting the tone following every policy to a tee and inspiring your team to do the same.
Oh and theres more:
- Learning to manage dough and make all the items on our menu. You got it.
- Crunching numbers Youll own it.
- Keeping the store spotless Yup thats on you too.
- Wowing customers with top-tier service A must.
- Driving Pizzas (Because Youll Do That Too)
- Driving profits and crushing goals Youre the MVP.
Qualifications :
The Fine Print
- Must love to smile and treat people with respect.
- Must be 18 Years old (If your 16 and 17 you will have to wait just a little bit longer. Apply for a CSR job and work your way up!)
- Must have a valid drivers license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Be ready to walk climb carry and drivesometimes in less-than-ideal weather.
