Job Summary
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping machinery running smoothly Join our team at Bosch Power Tools as a Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in maintaining troubleshooting and repairing our material handling and support equipment. Your expertise will keep our operations humming and help us deliver top-quality tools to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Keep our motors drives belting RF scan guns and label machines in top condition. Dive into pneumatic hydraulic and electrical components to solve any issues.
- Install Equipment: Get hands-on with installing conveyors stretch wrap machines sorters motors drives and belts.
- Certifications: Earn certifications on scissor lifts boom lifts and forklifts to ensure you can operate all necessary equipment safely. Electrical safety safety and basic electrical.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to escalation plans and working instructions to keep processes running smoothly.
- Support & Improve: Contribute to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) and enhance 5S standards.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with engineers and team members sharing your equipment knowledge and experience to foster a collaborative environment.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including repairs replacements and adjustments.
Qualifications :
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an industrial maintenance mechanic/technician.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading writing and math is essential. Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of HVAC systems basic electrical mechanical systems and basic computer skills are preferred.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $26.00-$32.00 per hour. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc.
