Your Role as a CT Radiographer

As a CT Radiographer at UMMS youll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging ensuring precision patient safety and fast accurate results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating high-resolution Tomography / CT Imaging equipment to produce high quality diagnostic images
• Demonstrates clinical competence in Musculoskeletal Neuro and Body
• Demonstrated ability to fix studies in the private area in collaboration with EPIC

• Ensuring patient safety comfort & proper positioning procedures
• Collaborating with radiologists physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate diagnostic results
• Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to compliance standards

Full-Time; Night Shift; Wednesday Friday and Saturday 7pm-7am

Various Shifts Available:

• Nights; Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday 9:00pm-7:00am (Full-Time)
• Nights; Friday Saturday Sunday 7:00pm-7:00am (Full-Time)
• Nights; Sunday Monday Tuesday 7:00pm-7:00am (Full-Time)
• PRN; As Needed Schedule

Qualifications :

• Requirements:
  • Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene license.
  • CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
  • Understanding of imaging principles and practices.
