Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Youre a student (ideally in your 2nd or 3rd year) whos curious to see how theory turns into practice.
- You feel confident in both English and German writing and speaking.
- Communication comes naturally to you whether its explaining an idea or writing a clear message.
- You enjoy teamwork but youre also comfortable handling tasks on your own when needed.
- You can make decisions and stay focused even when things get a little stressful.
- Any experience in an international or multicultural environment is a big plus.
- If youve heard about ITSM or have some basic knowledge that would be a nice extra.
