Job Summary
Contribute to the development deployment and improvement of automatic role-based reports and analytics methods to enhance data structure quality and insights within the Sourcing environment.
The Data Analyst will work within a data analytics team in the Sourcing organization (Buyers Procurement Logistics Order Fulfillment Commodity Leaders Tendering & Project Managers) in close collaboration with partner functions such as EHS and Quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Capture and analyze internal customers data and analytics requirements.
- Perform exploratory and targeted data analysis using descriptive statistics and other relevant methods.
- Collaborate with technical teams on predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives.
- Work with data engineers on data quality assessment and analytics for sourcing data.
- Produce reports to document communicate and support decision-making.
- Communicate methods findings and hypotheses with stakeholders.
- Create or update standard operating procedures.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in STEM
- Strong data management and data quality analysis skills
- Experience with feature extraction and real-time analytics
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI)
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of SQL and Python (a plus)
- Good understanding of Sourcing Procurement or Industrial environments
