Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of Windows servers and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware software and network connectivity.
- Support Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and other core Windows services.
- Help with patch management system updates and security configurations.
- Document system configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure projects and daily operations.
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Active Directory PowerShell and system administration tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware Hyper-V).
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices or helpdesk ticketing systems.
referred Qualifications:
- Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware KVM).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
- Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.

Shift Timings:
- First Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Second Shift: 2:30 PM 11:30 PM
- Candidates must be flexible to work in either shift based on team requirements.
