- Drive leadership development succession planning and the design of leadership programs that prepare Redcare for the future.
- Lead and develop a team of five direct reports fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Partner closely with the board HRBPs and business leaders to align organizational and cultural initiatives with company needs.
- Lead organizational setup and change initiatives including new team structures cultural integration following M&A and long-term strategic planning.
- Act as a change agent ensuring transparent communication while introducing new strategies and supporting business growth.
- Use data and insights to evaluate offerings measure impact and drive continuous improvements in development and culture.
Qualifications :
About you:
- Proven leadership experience with the confidence to operate directly at board level.
- Strong track record in organizational development leadership programs and cultural integration ideally in international environments.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills able to balance long-term vision with practical delivery.
- Collaborative style with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven and numbers-oriented with the ability to evaluate improve and demonstrate impact.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and openness to leveraging technology in people processes.
