- Implementation of material field strategy and supplier management
- Internal customer management and early involvement of the Internal customers
- Conducting RfQ process for projects according to signature rules and projects assigned by manager
- Concluding and managing contracts for assigned suppliers
- First contact window for internal customer support to solve escalation cases acc. to communication plan
- Mentorship for assigned suppliers incl. supplier release supplier evaluation supplier eliminating (operational supplier management).
- Data entry maintenance and quality control of IT-systems (incl. SRM)
- Data Consolidation upon request in order to follow up demand management
Qualifications :
Personal requirements
- Fluent in English level to perform negotiations
- Good practical experience in MS Office and SAP
- Willingness to travel
- Assertiveness
- High communication skill and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Intercultural competence

- Practicing purchasing basic principles including quality management.
- Negotiation skills (also in difficult situations) incl. advanced negotiations methods
- Experience with purchasing methods and IT tools for Indirect Purchasing
- Cost analysis within Indirect Purchasing
- Experience with machinery and equipment as a buyer or planner / designer/engineering preferred
- Supply Chain Optimization (material field strategy purchasing processes supplier development).
- Contract law and legal requirements compliance
- Project management and moderation skills
