Job Summary
We are looking for Senior Chef de Partie with a strong background in Italian cuisine and is willing to relocate to Djibouti.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present authentic Italian cuisine
- Oversee a designated section of the kitchen and ensure smooth daily operations
- Miantain the highest standard of hygiene safety and food quality
- Contribute menu development and seasonal updates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie or higher
- Expertise in authentic Italian cuisine
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
