What You will Do
As a Client Support Representative you will be the friendly voice and problem-solver behind our customers success stories.
You will connect with clients across multiple channels chat email and phone ensuring they have a smooth and empowering experience on our trading platform.
Your daily mission:

Deliver exceptional personalized support to our global clients

Resolve queries with creativity speed and empathy

Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client journeys

Deepen your knowledge of CFDs forex indices crypto and commodities

Contribute to translations and client communications in Portuguese
