- Seamless daily operations across Urgent Care Centers (UCCs)
- Safe staffing models smart scheduling and effective coverage
- Reliable supply management to prevent care delays

- Clear communication and rapid problem resolution
Who This Role Works With
Close collaboration with Urgent Care Supervisors Charge Nurses and Plaza Managers to maintain quality efficiency and a culture of accountability. Serves as the primary point of contact for staffing issues patient concerns and facility operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple UCC locations
- Evaluate staffing needs; build and adjust schedules to meet demand
- Monitor track and replenish patient care supplies
- Partner with leadership to hit operational clinical and fiscal goals
- Lead administrative support for Charge Nurses and Plaza Managers
- Participate in rounding and champion patient-experience standards
- Escalate and resolve operational challenges promptly

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree required; BSN preferred
- Licensure/Certifications: Active RN license and BLS (current)
