Position Overview
The Digital Entry Operator (Remote) will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records within The Ladder Methods digital systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all datafrom student information to internal operationsis entered correctly updated promptly and easily retrievable for company use.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented tech-savvy and dependable with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and supporting a smooth administrative workflow. This is a remote position requiring independence focus and a proactive communication style.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Accuracy

Input verify and update student client and internal operational data into company databases and digital platforms.

Maintain data consistency and quality control across multiple systems.

Identify investigate and correct errors or duplicate records.

Organize digital files ensuring all records are accurate current and secure.
Reporting & Documentation

Generate data reports and summaries for management and program staff.
-
Assist in compiling metrics attendance logs and operational statistics.

Support digital record audits to ensure compliance with company policies and data standards.
Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure timely information flow.

Communicate effectively through remote tools such as Slack Zoom or email.

Provide administrative support on data-related tasks as assigned by management.
Confidentiality & Compliance
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

12 years of experience in data entry digital recordkeeping or administrative support.
-
Experience in the education or service industry is a plus.
Technical Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets Docs Drive).

Comfortable navigating CRM scheduling or internal data management tools.
-
Typing speed of at least 4550 words per minute with strong accuracy.

Self-motivated dependable and able to meet deadlines independently.

Work Environment & Schedule
