The Role: Emergency Veterinarian
Join a collaborative high-performing team providing 24/7 emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.
Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose stabilize and treat emergency cases
- Perform emergency surgeries as needed
- Leverage digital X-ray ultrasound and in-house lab
- Communicate clearly with pet families and referring vets
- Work closely with skilled technicians and support staff
- Keep thorough and timely medical records
- Stay current with CE and best practices
You Bring:
- DVM (or equivalent); active FL or TX license
- 1 year ER experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic surgical and communication skills
- Calm collaborative mindset under pressure
- Commitment to compassionate high-quality care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $200K
- Production Bonus: 21 - 23% (paid monthly)
