Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to join our this role you will design develop and implement Anaplan solutions to support incentive compensation management performance reporting analytics planning and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and develop Anaplan models applications and dashboards.
• Build new models and enhance existing models to ensure integrated and optimized solutions.
• Maintain and optimize current Anaplan models while continuously improving automation data integration and the user experience.
• Test and debug Anaplan applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Stay up to date with new Anaplan features and proactively propose enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance IT and Data teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Document technical specifications configurations and development processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Anaplan experience including at least 3 end-to-end implementations for incentive compensation and revenue models.
• Strong knowledge of financial and enterprise performance management processes (ICM performance reporting/analytics planning budgeting and forecasting).
• Demonstrated ability to create integrated end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and optimize processes.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Must-Have Skills
• 5 years of Anaplan model building experience.
• Expertise in incentive compensation and revenue modeling.
• Strong background in financial and enterprise performance management.
