We are seeking a talented and experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to join our this role you will design develop and implement Anaplan solutions to support incentive compensation management performance reporting analytics planning and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and develop Anaplan models applications and dashboards.
- Build new models and enhance existing models to ensure integrated and optimized solutions.
- Maintain and optimize current Anaplan models while continuously improving automation data integration and the user experience.
- Test and debug Anaplan applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Stay up to date with new Anaplan features and proactively propose enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance IT and Data teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Document technical specifications configurations and development processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Anaplan experience including at least 3 end-to-end implementations for incentive compensation and revenue models.
- Strong knowledge of financial and enterprise performance management processes (ICM performance reporting/analytics planning budgeting and forecasting).
- Demonstrated ability to create integrated end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and optimize processes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must-Have Skills
- 5 years of Anaplan model building experience.
- Expertise in incentive compensation and revenue modeling.
- Strong background in financial and enterprise performance management.
