DUTIESESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Working directly under the supervision of the branch manager the Customer Service Representative:

Must answer the telephone
Other duties include: scheduling light office tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in customer service. The CSR must have knowledge of computer skills.

REQUIRED

A high school diploma or equivalence is required.
