Compensation & Perks:
- 4042% revenue split (team-based)
- Average weekly pay per driver: $1000 (before taxes); can range from $500$3000 based on workload and truck availability
- Bonus Potential: Up to $20000 annually per team
- Monthly performance bonuses ($1000)
- Quarterly bonuses ($1000$2500) based on revenue benchmarks
- Teams average 2250 loaded miles per week
- This figure does not include deadhead miles giving you a clear picture of actual earning miles
- Most teams take 23 loads per week with flexibility based on your desired schedule
- Workers Comp Reimbursement: $30.25 per driver/week (pre-deducted)
- No Touch Freight: 95% drop-and-hook
- Pet-Friendly trucks
- Maintenance & Safety: Trucks are 10 years old or newer
- Mentorship: Learn strategy and load selection from seasoned drivers
What Were Looking For:
- Pre-formed Driver Teams only
- Valid CDL Class A or B for both drivers (minimum 3 months experience required)
- Clean driving records no DUIs serious moving violations or disqualifying incidents
- Must be willing to learn dispatch strategies to maximize load profitability
- Open to teams not yet certified with FedEx (qualification takes 23 weeks)
Onboarding & Logistics:
- Pick up your assigned truck in Greensboro NC
- Onboarding and truck orientation take 24 hours
- Background checks MVRs and drug screening are conducted by FedEx
- Location Requirement: Driver teams may live anywhere in the U.S. except California
- No travel reimbursement for pickup unless negotiated
