This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team building foundational systems in AI-driven products. Youll work side-by-side with the founders own critical architecture and product decisions from day one and directly shape the customer experience.

What Youll Do

Scale architecture: Design and optimize systems to handle rapid user and traffic growth while maintaining real-time performance.

Automate AI workflows: Build and own tooling for evaluating and retraining AI models in production ensuring they improve continuously.

Own the product: Work directly with customers define problems design solutions ship code and iterate quickly.

Full-stack execution: Develop across the stack (frontend backend integrations) to get users live and delighted.

Build integrations: Create rich bidirectional features with tools like Slack and Teams to embed the product where customers already work.
Who You Are
-
58 years of full-time full-stack engineering experience ideally at YC-backed or top-tier startups.

Experience in agentic product development and shipping products with real users and revenue.

A background that blends big tech stability with early-stage startup scrappiness.

Experience as a technical PM turned SWE is a strong plus.

Strong CS or engineering degree.

Full-stack capabilities with high proficiency in TypeScript and React.

Strong intuition on when and how to use AI with experience leveraging it to accelerate workflows.
