Job Summary
For our client we are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer.
Join a highly skilled team that designs builds and scales machine learning systems powering personalization and customer engagement on a massive scale. Youll work on production-grade ML pipelines real-time decision-making systems and experimentation frameworks that directly impact millions of users worldwide.
The Ideal Candidate

5 years of applied experience in ML engineering (recommendation systems personalization ranking or ads).

Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go SQL and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Hands-on experience deploying real-time ML systems (feature stores event-driven architectures low-latency prediction).

Familiarity with cloud ML platforms such as Vertex AI SageMaker or similar.

Experience with data warehouses (BigQuery Snowflake or Redshift).

Understanding of multi-objective optimization and trade-offs in personalization.

Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Ability to work 9 AM - 4 PM EST.
Nice to have:

Experience in martech adtech CRM or large-scale personalization.

Knowledge of bandit algorithms or reinforcement learning.

Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Background in systems serving millions of users.
What You Will Do

Build and optimize ML pipelines that convert behavioral demographic and contextual data into real-time features.

Design and implement low-latency APIs for predictions and decision-making.

Develop frameworks for A/B testing model evaluation and exploration/exploitation strategies.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align ML initiatives with business goals and compliance.

Establish monitoring logging and retraining workflows to maintain model performance and reliability.
