Position Summary:
The Corporate HSE Manager is responsible for developing implementing and overseeing the companys Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) strategies policies and programs across all projects. This role ensures compliance with local regulations and international standards while fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop implement and continuously improve corporate HSE policies procedures and management systems.

Ensure compliance with Qatari HSE legislation and relevant international standards (e.g. OSHA NFPA ISO 45001 ISO 14001).

Lead and coordinate corporate HSE audits inspections and risk assessments across all projects.

Provide leadership and guidance to project-level HSE teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Oversee incident investigation and root cause analysis ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.

Deliver HSE training programs and promote a culture of proactive safety management.

Prepare detailed reports and performance metrics for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Serve as the primary contact for external authorities clients and auditors on HSE-related matters.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Engineering Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Experience:
- 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in Health & Safety Management with at least 5 years in a Corporate HSE role within the construction industry.
Certifications:
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards risk assessment and accident investigation techniques.
- In-depth understanding of Qatari HSE regulations and international standards.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing corporate HSE policies plans and programs.
