We are expanding our offices in Montenegro and are looking for motivated and experienced Conversion and Retention Agents to join our team on CA Desk shift. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and are fluent in English we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to convert leads into active users
Retain existing customers through exceptional service and tailored solutions
Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Achieve individual and team targets during the shift

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion or Retention Agent
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work during shift hours (17:00 02:00)
