Tenant Design & Delivery Supervisor

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tenant Design & Delivery Supervisor to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to develop the architectural strategy and activities through the entire end to end architectural process related to the companys tenants in all flagships to meet international market
standards in alignment with the companys vision while leading the teams for optimal performance through continuous coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Technical Activities:

• Responsible of the development of the Architectural strategy in alignment with the companys objectives and key priorities in alignment with the Direct Manager
• Introduce architectural solutions and enhancement to optimize the daily activities and practices
• Organize the architectural long-term plan geared towards operational excellence and outstanding service
• Develop the yearly action plan in alignment with the Chief Leasing Officer ensure continuous follow-up on the projects milestones while respecting the preset deadlines to reach the objectives while measuring the achievements and results
• Conduct weekly site and inspections visits to the tenants stores in all flagships aiming to monitor the fit-out process in terms of briefing concept design detailed MEP design prestart construction fit out installation close out and approval to trade and ensure compliance with the preset plans guidelines and design intent
• Demonstrate constant collaboration towards the tenants during the pre-post and post opening for alignment and consistency approach
• Overlook the snag list during the preparation and execution phases and take the necessary actions when needed
• Run the Architectural activities while proposing initiatives for planning and development
• Lead and oversee the space management process and raise recommendations for optimal efficiency and development
• Make sure that the Tenant Design process meets standards and guidelines aiming to ensure effective and constructive execution
• Monitor the tenants design progress verses the preset plan and deliverables to ensure proper execution and launching
• Responsible of the creation and implementation of the design concepts and initial sketches following brands guidelines aiming to maintain the Mall image
• Responsible of the final designs including the required drafting specifications and architectural guidelines
• Prepare information regarding design structure specifications materials color equipment estimated costs and construction time
• Communicate and share the completed designs and specifications to the concerned parties for review recommendations and approval
• In charge of the base built updates and pop ups fit out in all flagships and ensure an efficient execution stage following the approval process
• Collaborate in organizing the renovation and/or new set-up plan in coordination with tenants technical and operations teams
• Responsible of the Architectural Malls guidelines issuance and updates in coordination with the legal department
• Set the yearly budget based on managements recommendations and guidelines whilst optimizing costs
• Ensure all financial performances are in correlation with the yearly budget
• Assess and analyze the contractors offers select the most suitable proposal while securing the best terms in collaboration with the procurement department
• Ascertain that tenants fully comply with architectural standards policies and procedures

• Act as a role model while demonstrating the core values of the company
• Coach the team develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan
• Conduct regular performance reviews identify training needs and oversee development plans
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity
• Internal Stakeholders
  • Establish solid relationships with tenants and ensure constant coordination for successful initiatives
  • Strengthen partnerships with suppliers to serve best interests and to gain the best deals
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous cooperation for optimal results
  • Maintain ongoing coordination with the internal stakeholders such as Leasing Technical Legal and Operations teams on the tenants projects renovation and other related activities
  • Maintain alignment with the Operations team and follow up on the completion of operational requests

  Qualifications:

• 8 years of professional experience
• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• MBA is a plus
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP)
