About Job
We are opening a vacancy for an Accountant. This Accountant will be responsible for several areas: primary documentation invoicing banking and other accounting functions within an international group of companies.
We currently have over five legal entities abroad in Singapore Hong Kong Kazakhstan the UAE and other countries. Due to the companys expansion we are opening this vacancy.

Responsibilities
- Accounting management for a group of international companies.
- Interaction with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
- Setting up and optimizing accounting processes participating in the automation of accounting software.
- Preparing documentation for interim and quarterly financial reporting deadlines tax returns etc.
- Maintaining and updating financial documentation in accounting systems (QuickBooks).
- Document flow with contractors and clients: dispatching return control maintaining physical and electronic document databases.
- Invoicing for international partners.
- Requesting and processing primary documents (invoices certificates statements contracts).
- Control of the Bank/Revenue/Clients and Suppliers sections. Data verification in 1C/QuickBooks and similar systems.
- Coordinating certificates and invoices from counterparties checking for compliance with contract terms and correct execution.
- Control of accounts receivable and payable reconciliations with counterparties and tax authorities.
- Preparing expense reports for auditors.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a financial manager or accountant.
- Familiarity with financial reporting principles in international companies (USA UAE Hong Kong Belarus Kazakhstan etc.).
- Participation in financial planning and analysis.
- English proficiency at least at level B2.
- Experience with 1C/QuickBooks or similar systems.
- Familiarity with accounting entries.
- Experience working in consulting or IT companies is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Russian Native speaker.
- Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables).
