SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Were hiring a seasoned Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale data center construction projects. This role is critical to keeping jobs on schedule on budget and built to the highest quality and safety standards. These projects involve highly complex mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems so were looking for someone with a strong background managing technical builds and coordinating multiple trades in a fast-paced environment.

Youll serve as the lead on-site manager directing day-to-day operations and working closely with subcontractors engineers and the project management team to deliver best-in-class facilities for some of the worlds top tech clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all field operations from site preparation through project closeout.
• Lead daily coordination of subcontractors with a heavy focus on MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) trades.
• Maintain and drive the project schedule identify and flag potential delays and implement recovery plans as necessary.
• Conduct daily safety walks enforce all safety protocols and lead weekly safety meetings.
• Oversee Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) in the field to ensure all installations meet project specifications drawings and code requirements.
• Coordinate inspections testing and commissioning of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Work collaboratively with the Project Management team on Requests for Information (RFIs) submittals and field-related change orders.
• Manage jobsite logistics including material deliveries laydown areas and equipment staging.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Assistant Superintendents and field engineers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role specifically on MEP-intensive projects.
• Previous experience on mission-critical construction projects such as data centers laboratories healthcare facilities or high-security buildings is strongly preferred.
• Deep technical understanding of MEP systems their sequencing and associated coordination challenges.
• Proven ability to lead field teams effectively manage tight schedules and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
• Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software (e.g. Procore Bluebeam Primavera P6).
• Valid OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface confidently and professionally with clients consultants and field crews.
