The Opportunity

Were hiring a GTM Commercial Enablement Lead to join the Revenue Operations team and drive sales enablement across global markets.

This is a strategic high-impact role that combines competitive intelligence go-to-market enablement and cross-functional collaboration. Youll be the engine behind how the GTM organisation spanning Sales Customer Success Marketing and Product Marketing stays aligned informed and empowered to win in a fast-changing global market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Competitive Intelligence: Research emerging competitors and market trends turning findings into actionable insights and GTM collateral.
  • Enablement Content: Build engaging practical enablement materials including battlecards pitch decks sales playbooks and objection-handling guides.
  • Market Insights: Analyse new verticals identify whitespace opportunities and support vertical-specific messaging with Product Marketing.
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver interactive training sessions (live and virtual) for Sales Customer Success and Partner teams.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales Product Marketing and RevOps to ensure GTM strategies and messaging are unified across all regions.
  • Performance Tracking: Use CRM data and analytics tools to measure enablement impact and track adoption across teams.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met.

About You

  • 3 years experience in Sales Enablement Revenue Operations Product Marketing or Strategy ideally within a global B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to build and deliver high-impact enablement content.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of GTM motion and sales cycles.
  • Skilled in market research data analysis and insight generation.
  • Excellent communicator confident presenting to senior and cross-functional audiences.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Collaborative and structured project manager comfortable working in a fast-paced matrixed organisation.
