- Provide local information and personalized recommendations
- Keeping up-to-date with local attractions events restaurants and all other tourism aspects to provide accurate information to guests
- Make reservations for dining entertainment travel and transportation
- Providing information about amenities area venues and promotions
- Handle guest requests complaints and special arrangements promptly
- Track and manage deliveries mail and packages as needed
- Maintain logs of services provided and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of guest information and pertinent hotel data
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- 1 years of previous customer service experience within luxury atmosphere
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of basic office equipment including printers scanners copiers etc
- Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competent working with Microsoft Office suite including Word Outlook and Excel
- Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to speak a second language is an asset
