Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our inclusive and successful primary school in Reading from January 2026. This permanent role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants with the potential for a TLR for the right candidate.

- Position: Year 4 Teacher
- Location: Reading Berkshire
- Start Date: January 2026
- Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time considered
- TLR: Available for subject or phase leadership (for the right candidate)
As our Year 4 Teacher you will:
- Lead a class of enthusiastic learners in developing strong core skills
- Plan creative and challenging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
- Promote high standards of behaviour and academic achievement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school priorities
- (If applicable) Take on a subject or phase leadership role

- QTS and experience teaching in KS2
- Excellent understanding of curriculum planning and assessment
- Enthusiastic organised and reflective teaching style
