Year 2 Teacher Responsibilities
The Year 2 Teacher will deliver a well-sequenced Year 2 curriculum including structured phonics and early maths mastery.
The Year 2 Teacher will assess monitor and track attainment using data to shape targeted interventions.
The Year 2 Teacher will build positive relationships with families and communicate progress effectively.
The Year 2 Teacher will contribute to enrichment programmes and pastoral care.
Year 2 Teacher Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience in KS1 or Year 2.
The Year 2 Teacher will be adept at differentiation behaviour management and use of assessment for learning.
A reflective and ambitious Year 2 Teacher who is eager to develop professionally and engage with CPD.
