- The Year 1 Teacher will develop strong relationships with families and report progress in regular feedback meetings.
- The Year 1 Teacher will contribute to enrichment activities pupil leadership and whole-school initiatives.
Year 1 Teacher requirements
- QTS (or equivalent) and recent KS1 experience as a Year 1 Teacher.
- Confident phonics practice and evidence of improving outcomes as a Year 1 Teacher.
- Strong classroom management and collaborative approach as a Year 1 Teacher.
Contract & start details
This is a Full-Time Year 1 Teacher post starting January 2026. The Full-Time Year 1 Teacher will begin pre-term planning and induction in the weeks before January 2026 and will be teaching full-time from January 2026 onward.
