Their clients include licensed brokers crypto exchanges hedge funds and asset managers globally.
Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership
Own delivery and performance across 5 SaaS products (300 engineers).
Manage and pressure CTOs Engineering Managers and Dev leads.
Set engineering velocity quality and uptime standards.
Review and triage incidents; enforce accountability and postmortems.
Direct hiring promotions performance reviews and exits.
AI Transformation
Double engineering output by shifting to AI-driven processes.
Systematically adopt LLMs (Codex ChatGPT Claude Cursor OpenRouter etc) across:
- Requirements engineering;
- Documentation & design;
- Code generation & review;
- Testing QA CI/CD and monitoring.
Partner with the platform team to optimize internal AI toolchains (OpenWebUI RAG LLM gateways).
SaaS Automation Delivery
Partner with the Head of SAAS and the Salesforce transformation vendor to:
- Build automated pricing CPQ and billing (Salesforce Revenue Cloud);
- Enable contract automation payments and provisioning;
- Connect onboarding into Jira Slack Zendesk Marketing Legal & Finance workflows.
Define and own subscription plans limits free trials and usage-based billing.
Design and enforce pricing discounting and provisioning logic.
Executive Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with:
- Chief Commercial Officer (sales funnel);
- Chief Strategy Officer (product roadmap);
- Chief Client Officer (support & onboarding);
- Legal Finance Marketing Payments Professional Services.
Governance & Discipline
Drive execution across quarterly SAFe 6.0 PI Planning cycles.
Enforce OKR discipline across teams and products.
Implement timing output analytics to ensure real 8-hour workdays.
Conduct Engineering Council & Product Performance Reviews.
Obliigatory
5 years in engineering leadership (VP or above).
Built and scaled B2B SaaS products.
Ran 100 person engineering teams.
Owned engineering-to-delivery lifecycle.
AI-native thinker: fluent in GPT Claude coding copilots.
Fluent English (C2/Native).
Preferably
Experience in B2B SAAS platforms.
Strong product instincts.
Ex-founder or entrepreneurial background.
Built automation workflows using Salesforce.
Prior work in AI-enabled DevOps.
