Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Service Technician/Automation Specialist to join the Customer Service team to join a renowned global Leader in Automation.
You will be joining a team of experts in their domain & evolve in projects in various Industrial areas (pharmaceutical manufacturing aerospace ..).
Travel and location Ideally based in the Stuttgart area you will be frequently traveling throughout Germany either solo or with the team (frequency to be expected : 50%).
About you :
You will be joining a team of experts in their domain & evolve in projects in various Industrial areas (pharmaceutical manufacturing aerospace ..).
- Among your activities:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of automation equipment customer support
- Commissioning of new installations robots and software
- Upgrading and remodeling existing installations
- Training customers
- Become a key person to our OEM customers (assist with technical solutions and training)
- Compilation of service reports and documentation in German and English language
Travel and location Ideally based in the Stuttgart area you will be frequently traveling throughout Germany either solo or with the team (frequency to be expected : 50%).
About you :
- PLC programming & commissioning (e.g. Siemens Fanuc Heidenhain)
- Technical relevant background (mechatronics automation mechanics ..)
- Practical and skilled technician who is customer-oriented structured and enjoys being in contact with customers
- Fluent German full professional English
- Driving licence
