Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Junior to join our Porto office. A motivated and detail-oriented professional who wants to grow in the areas of financial management and accounting while supporting the team in building a strong and efficient financial backbone for our projects.

DESIRED PROFILE

Degree in Finance Accounting Management or similar field;

Up to 2 years of experience in finance accounting or administrative roles (internships included);

Strong analytical and numerical skills;

Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines;

Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets or other relevant tools;

Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);

Curious eager to learn and proactive attitude.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the finance team in day-to-day operations (invoices expenses reconciliations);
Assist in preparing financial reports and records;
Monitor payments and help with cash-flow tracking;
Liaise with suppliers and service providers regarding invoicing and documentation;
Contribute to process improvement and implementation of best practices.
