The Opportunity:

We are looking for a young motivated and energetic Junior Operations Officer to support and coordinate Azurreos global operations across more than 60 countries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a high-performing international environment while developing key skills in operational management project tracking and technical coordination.

You will serve as a vital link between internal teams and external telecom providers ensuring smooth daily operations maintaining accurate data and driving timely issue resolution. If you are proactive organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced technology-driven setting this is the role for you.

Tasks

• Operational Monitoring: Track and manage the lifecycle of mobile lines and telecom services ensuring contract validity registration accuracy and operational continuity.
• Technical Coordination: Liaise with international telecom operators to troubleshoot and resolve service issues following clear escalation and resolution protocols.
• Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update internal databases with precision ensuring all operational and technical data is current and consistent.
• Incident & Ticket Management: Log and track incidents in our internal systems ensuring that SLAs and response times are met.
• Project Tracking: Support ongoing projects by monitoring milestones deadlines and deliverables while proactively following up on progress.
• Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing operational performance reports and maintaining structured documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Schedule and document team meetings follow up on action points and help drive accountability across departments.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• 12 years of professional experience in operations project coordination telecom administrative support or customer service.
• Strong technical background you dont need to code but you should be comfortable navigating systems tools and technical data.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong research skills and expansive knowledge of the web comfortable using the internet for problem-solving learning and operational support.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a detail-oriented and responsible approach to work.
• Legally eligible to work in Lebanon and available for full-time remote employment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

• Experience in project management able to follow timelines track deliverables and ensure accountability.
• Previous exposure to telecom or technology-related fields.
• Self-motivated quick learner and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
