About Us:

We launched our first app to help users learn evidence-based mental health techniques just one month a randomized waitlist-controlled study (n 176 Medical School Berlin) we were already able to demonstrate its effectiveness in improving mental health outcomes such as well-being and stress. The initial feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive.

Next we aim to build on this foundation by further enhancing our mental health app and developing additional programs in other health parallel were working on the regulatory aspects and collaborating with health insurers to make our app accessible to as many people as possible. ( Experimental Research Studies like audio only intervention AI-Chat etc. )

Tasks

About the Role:

Were looking for passionate people who want to build the future of evidence-based and engaging health apps.

You might be a Product Manager Psychologist Designer Social Media Medical Student Marketing Developer Researcher or bring a completely different perspective. What matters most is that youve shown you can take ownership of a topic project or product and drive it forward.

We want you to own a topic end-to-end from defining the strategy to actually executing it whether that means researching designing coding or building something to create the best evidence-based engaging health apps.

Benefits

Were currently exploring different types of positions but for now were mainly looking to fill two positions in a one-year Fellowship Program starting February 1st 2026. The program offers a basic stipend ( Bonus) and the opportunity to work hands-on on our mission to build engaging evidence-based mental health apps.
