Youll be the versatile generalist we need. Drive cross-functional value creation in people venture/business development data analytics automation finance sales ops fundraising M&A. This position requires a fast learner who is smart hungry and humble. Are you in
No two weeks will look the same. One day youll recruit and onboard a new ops team at a rollout site the next youll build a automation deployed accross all locations.
Requirements
Youre a generalist who can connect dots others dont even see. You thrive on chaos love fast learning curves and deliver quality under pressure.
- A true generalist who connects the dots across functions.
- Experienced in fastpaced environments (hypergrowth startups VC growth equity PE investment banking or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering highquality outcomes.
- An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.
- Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.
- Completed a bachelors or masters programme (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university.
- Fully fluent in German is a must (C2).
