Job Summary

Were a stealth Tier-1 VC-backed mobility start-up thats rewriting how vehicle inspection centers are built and operated. With a proven expansion blueprint and a clear M&A strategy well triple revenue next year. Our founders - serial entrepreneurs whove raised >USD 80m from top-tier US investors and just closed another strong Seed round - are pushing hard into new geographies.

Tasks

Youll own the roll-out of 6 AI-powered inspection hubs across Germany starting in NRW. Full ownership means exactly that: youll be responsible for every step until the center is fully ramped.

Scout and evaluate new locations and negotiate sharp lease deals.
Convert empty spaces into tech-enabled inspection hubs.
Solve operational bottlenecks before anyone even sees them.
Spend your days on-site on the road and in execution mode - not behind a desk.
Feed real-world insights back to our product team so that operations scale faster smarter and cleaner.
Integrate acquired inspection centers into our operating platform post-closing.

Each 6 center cluster you open add EUR 3m in annual top-line revenue. Youll literally build the infrastructure that makes this start-up scale.

Requirements

Youre a generalist who connects dots others dont even see. We dont care what youve studied or where you interned - as long as your CV shows hunger and action.

Youre structured communicative and allergic to bureaucracy.
You love operational chaos and turn it into process.
Youre fluent in German (C2) and hold a valid Class B driving licence.
Youve finished a Bachelors/Masters at a top university.
Experience in fast-paced environments (consulting VC PE IB hypergrowth start-ups) is a plus.
